Dream

I think that dreaming big is awesome. Everyone of us has a life or goal that they would like to see out one day. Maybe it’s to make it to the major leagues, a dream that I have had a for as long as I can remember. Or, maybe it’s as something like retiring by the age of 50.

Whatever the goal or dream, it is simply not enough just to imagine. We must ACT.

Every single one of us has the capability to live the life we envision. Let us attack this week by ACTING on our dreams with unparalleled intensity and passion. Here’s a quote and some motivational stuff to get your week rolling like a freight train.

“Success is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive, god like feature that only the special among us will ever taste. It’s something that truly exists in all of us. It’s very simple: this is what I believe, and I’m willing to die for it.” Will Smith

1.) 28,251 Days Until Death = Ultimate Motivation by Craig Weller from Scrawny to Brawny– We are all gonna die. That’s no secret, but also no joke. I love this article, because it makes us take a step back, and realize that we best be putting everything we have into what we want. A Memento Mori Chart is a very real look at the fact of death getting closer. It tracks how much we actually “live” in our time here on earth. Awesome job Craig.

2) Along these same lines, without hopefully fixating on death to much, this is a remarkable reminder of using it as motivation to live to the fullest and attack your dreams!

3) I know guys my size that would have trouble deadlifting this weight, and that’s on two legs! If this doesn’t give you chills, I’m not sure what will. No doubt this girl is a badass who confronted setbacks head on with full steam. We should all do the same. Great job Allison!

4) One Handed Violinist Plays Beautiful Music.

Realistic?

Rational?

Limits?

Those 3 words = mediocrity

This inspiring video will help you stop being average, because average sucks.

That’s all for today guys. I sincerely hope you all take on this week with passion, intensity, and clear eyes focused on living the life of your dreams. Go get em. Here is the training tune of the week.
